Instructions:

This calculator helps you assess your ratios for lipase:fat and protease:protein, which can then be used to estimate what dose you might need for a "mystery" meal that you haven't eaten before.

To calculate your ratios (PART 1), first input your existing dose type and size, plus the number of pills you typically take for a meal.

To estimate necessary dosing for a new, larger meal (PART 2), fill out Part 1 and then put in your new meal and dose size.

Want to record and save multiple meals?

This calculator was originally designed to handle a single meal to help you estimate your dosing. However, I also built a (free to download and use) iOS app that aids you in logging and storing multiple meals and comparign the ratios across different meals.
