Threshold crossings

First downward crossing after the post-dose peak. A range reflects the editable PK and calibration uncertainty.

Common interval checkpoints

Modeled IgG range if the next dose has still not been taken on that day.

The curve approaches the editable pre-SCIG baseline rather than zero. Pair this model with observed symptoms and measured labs; it is not a dose-change recommendation.
